I didn't pick up my package on time, what happens now?
The forwarder always informs about the delivery time and always makes an attempt to leave at the specified address. If you do not receive the package, you will receive specific information about the further process.
If you don't pickup a package that has been delivered to a pickup point from the instructions sent to you, it will automatically be sent back to us in return.
When the return has arrived at our warehouse, it is handled and refunded. We charge 21.90 USD for unclaimed packages and the fee is deducted from your refund. Should your order be lower than 21.90 USD, there will be no refund at all. We are unable to resend the same shipment from our warehouse, but we ask you to place a new order.
